1. Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 3–7 business days. Custom embroidered orders require 7–15 business days production time before shipment.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, including EU countries, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and other regions.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and size.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery:
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- North America: 10–25 business days
Other regions may take longer due to local customs.
5. Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any import tax, customs duty or clearance fees charged by your local customs office. We cannot predict or cover customs charges.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If parcel arrives damaged or lost, please contact us with photos of packaging and items within 7 days after delivery. We will investigate with shipping carrier.
